Grooming
I do not put time limits on my grooms, or rush services. However long it takes to groom your pet comfortably and safely, is how long it takes. Additionally, I provide boarding services which requires my attention throughout the day.
Before grooming, if your pet needs a short walk or just some time to sniff around, I allow for that, and give them breaks as needed.
I will take time to “work through” your pets anxiety, helping them to learn that grooming is not a bad thing. When I groom, I keep the mindset that the experience should be our way of thanking our pets for all they give us, this is the energy I want them to associate with grooming.
If for any reason, grooming your pet becomes unsafe due to a physical issue, or mental stress that cannot be managed, I will stop the groom and ask you to pick up your pet. You will not be charged for any of the service. I groom because I enjoy it and I thrive off of how good I can make the experience for your pet.
My goal is to have your pet enjoy grooming, and be excited to come back for their “Spa Day.” If your expectations are to “get in and get out”, there are many groomers out there that can help you, I cannot.
Grooming Prices

| Pets that have had a run-in with a skunk, will be charged at the regular grooming rate, plus an additional $50 cleanup fee per pet. | ||

| GROOMING TIME IS ONLY CHARGED WHILE YOUR PET IS IN THE TUB, OR ON THE TABLE. BREAKS ARE NOT PART OF THE CHARGE, THAT IS FOR THE COMFORT OF YOUR PET. | ||
